New Development!!

Thanks to kozmund, we realized there was a missing piece of the puzzle.  The SuperPAC paperwork included instructions, which, when the italicized letters are read, spells "MASSACHUSETTS IS UPPER RIGHT".    This seems along the same lines as the  "UTAH IS LOWER LEFT"clue.







Now I'm not sure how kozmund got to the next step, but it appears that Long Beach, NJ may be the hiding place.  There is a Utah Ave in the lower left, Massachusetts Ave upper right.

    So, the whole premise to find this turtle — seems a bit strange that the contest is supposedly available to the whole US but is all about finding an item that is hidden in a specific location. Hmm.

    What's also strange is that you overlooked the italicized letters in the instructions. Are you sure there isn't anything else you've overlooked or forgot to show us? :-D

    I hope not...I'm didn't realize that items other than the treasure map were a part of the hunt. I'll look over them again.

    Found another clue... I'll post the decoded message for you on Monday so you can have fun figuring it out... anyhow, your post about Utah and Massachusetts got me thinking so I checked out the Fun pack for anything state related....
