Last night on the show, Stephen revealed a new clue about the map. He told the order of colors, which correlates to the paths on the map.As indicated, the "launch clue" is RED, YELLOW, ORANGE, GREEN, BLUE, PINK, LIGHT BLUE, and BLACK.
He also stated that the object was hidden somewhere in the United States. And the item to be found is....
Pro-tip. It's in Long Beach, NJ. Probably on South Carolina Ave.
ReplyDeleteHow did you arrive at that conclusion? I agree that the "X" points to New Jersey. And there is a UTAH AVE. (Lower Left) and MASSACHUSETTS AVE. (Upper Right). And South Carolina is Colbert's home state. Now to have someone scope it out...You don't live around there, do you kozmund?
ReplyDeleteAnother reason why kozmund may have guessed S. Carolina Ave is because that system of arrows that points to NJ eminates from the state of S. Carolina. Right?

Good point dudebag...I also haven't worked out how the launch clue of the colors fits in with everything. Any thoughts from anyone?
ReplyDeleteThe sure seem like they correspond to the paths on the map. Assuming the Long Beach NJ thing is correct (seems decent), shouldn't the US states correspond to streets? The issue there is that (from what I saw via Google maps), only about 30 streets in that region have state-names ... about 20 or so states are left out.
ReplyDeleteI looked to see if consecutive streets corresponded to consecutive states on your map, but it didn't seem like it worked out (I check the wisconsin route, but WI isn't even a street ... at least I couldn't find it).
...hmm
